Can be booked by the hour or longer. Ideal for the short term use of office facilities
e.g. to do accounts or paperwork with access to all the other facilities at Wayland
House. It can also be booked for one to one meetings and interviews.
Tariff: £10.00 per hour: £30.00 per half day: £50.00 per full day
Hazel Meeting Room
Hazel is a pleasant and airy front facing meeting room and can be
used as a small Board Room and has disabled access. It can accommodate
up to 6 people. This room can also be used for small learning and training
activities, meetings and as a quiet room for study and research.
Tarrif: £15.00 per hour: £60.00 per half day: £100.00 per full day
Pine
Presence Office
This office is available to those organisations which need to have
an occasional presence in the area but do not need a full time office.
This is a light and pleasant room with excellent access.

First Floor
Acorn
Training Room
This is a fully equipped Learning and Training room, fitted with
high quality multi-media equipment. Training activity can be enhanced
by a state-of-the-art interactive white board, a document reader and
DVD and video players. The space can be booked for any kind of learning
or training activity and for meetings and events for 25 to 50 people
depending on the activity. It is equipped with a hearing loop.
Community Tariff: £15.00 per hour: £50.00 per half
day: £75.00 per full day
Business Tariff: £18.00 per hour: £80.00
per half day: £140.00 per full day
